Shipping costs

The shipping costs at heatmebox are 4,90 EUR- From an order value of 49 EUR the shipping is free of charge... We ship daily with DHL - also to packing stations. Small parts that fit into an envelope, we send with Deutsche Post.

For deliveries to the EU and the European countries listed below, we charge up to a shipping weight of 500g 7€ and from 501g to 1000g 13€ Shipping costs. For each additional 1000g or part thereof we charge 1€ additionally

All deliveries to the EU are sent exclusively by DHL as a parcel or by Deutsche Post as an international consignment.

For deliveries to Turkey and Middle East countries listed below, we charge up to a shipping weight of 500g 9€ and from 501g to 1000g 13€ Shipping costs. Deliveries of 2000g cost 27€ and each additional kilo 1.60 more.

All deliveries to these countries are sent exclusively by DHL as a parcel or by Deutsche Post as an international consignment.

For deliveries to Australia, New Zealand, Oceania, South American and African countries we charge up to a shipping weight of 500g 11€ and from 501g to 1000g 35,95€ Shipping costs. For each additional 1000g or part thereof we charge 3,45€ additional.

 08/Note on weight-based shipping costs

For each of our items we show the shipping weight. You can find the shipping weight on each individual product page. If you order one item, the shipping weight is shown in the shopping cart after entering the delivery address; if you order multiple items, the cumulative shipping weight is calculated and shown in the shopping cart after entering the delivery address.

Please note that we are required by law to show the true value of your order. We cannot declare your order as a gift or misrepresent the invoice amount. This would be a violation of German and international laws and could possibly lead to us not being able to ship to some countries.

Please note that the prices on our website are none include import tax, customs duties, customs fees or local taxes. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying import tax, customs duty and customs fees yourself when importing into the respective country.

For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due.

Customs fees and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your customs authority beforehand to find out what costs you might incur and in what amount. If there are any additional import fees, taxes or duties/customs charges for your order, then the parcel service of the respective country will collect the incurred costs upon delivery.

Duties, customs fees and taxes will not be refunded by us - even if the acceptance of a shipment was refused due to unexpected (high) import fees. The shipping costs and any duties, fees or taxes incurred as well as the return shipping costs will also not be refunded by us in this case in the event of a refusal of acceptance.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs authorities in the recipient country. Additional costs or delays can always occur in international trade - we have no control over this.

VAT is not charged for deliveries to countries that do not belong to the EU. At the checkout only the net amounts are shown without VAT.

If - for whatever reason - the package has not been picked up or received by the recipient in time, it is possible that the package will be sent back to us in Freiburg. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred if your shipment has to be redelivered to a different or the same delivery address at a later date. If the shipment is returned to us in Freiburg, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees that may be incurred.

So make sure that the delivery address is correct. We can not take responsibility for shipments sent to incorrect addresses, the addressee does not exist at the address provided or has moved.

Within Germany it usually takes 1-2 days until the shipment is delivered to the recipient.

When shipping to the EU it usually takes 2-5 days, to Canada, Japan, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, HongKong, India and the USA 6-8 days and to all other countries it can take up to 28 days. If you want to know how long the delivery time is to a certain country, all you have to do is add the product you want to buy to the shopping cart and select the country where the goods will be delivered. You will then immediately receive the information about the delivery time in the second line under the article.Here is another note about the delivery time: The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance on the day after issuing the payment order to the transferring credit institution or for other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract to run and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
