The product reviews that you can read at Heatmebox are authentic and not fake reviews. This is important to us, because it doesn't make sense to advertise features in our product descriptions that don't deliver what they promise.

How do we check the authenticity of a rating?

If a customer has purchased something from us, he receives - if he has consented - an email with a link through which reviews can be submitted. Alternatively, a product review can also be submitted directly on the product page. The latter only works if the product reviewer leaves his name and email address.

In both cases, we will only publish a product review if the person who left a review also owns the self-heating lunchbox Heat.me or an accessory also bought from us in the store. We check on the basis of his name and email address, whether the customer has bought the lunchbox or an accessory and activate the product review after positive verification.

If we find a contribution without reference to the product and/or the product experience, we reserve the right to delete this contribution or not to include it in the average rating. Likewise, we delete contributions that violate applicable law or copyrights.

We will also delete clumsy advertising phrases or other posts with an advertising character or remove them from the calculation of the average rating.
